Caspian Research Center is a non-governmental organization based in Paris, France, aiming to create positive change by developing the skills of young people and actively including those with fewer opportunities in society. Although our activities were temporarily paused during the pandemic, during this period we wrote articles, produced informative videos and films, and organized conferences in partnership with French universities.

Today, February 26, the day marking the 29th anniversary of the Khojaly massacre, carries a very different atmosphere compared to previous commemorations. Since February 26, 1992, Azerbaijanis around the world have been in mourning. For 28 years, both on local and international levels, they have actively endeavored to spread what is commonly referred to as “the truth about Karabakh.” Lawyers, diplomats, and historians have worked to make their voices heard by an international community that appeared strangely unreceptive to their arguments. Faced with this lack of recognition, as we all know, “justice for Karabakh” and “justice for Khojaly” were ultimately achieved on the ground through arms during the Second Karabakh War, which took place from September to November 2020…
