Caspian Research Center is a non-governmental organization based in Paris, France, aiming to create positive change by developing the skills of young people and actively including those with fewer opportunities in society. Although our activities were temporarily paused during the pandemic, during this period we wrote articles, produced informative videos and films, and organized conferences in partnership with French universities.

The Karabakh conflict has shed rivers of blood — and spilled an ocean of ink. On media frontlines, Armenian and Azerbaijani voices clash, each brandishing history as both shield and weapon. Karabakh’s past is a tapestry as rich as it is tangled a story for another time. For now, the question stands resolute: What does the law say?
